Easy way to get extra jacks in the car January 21, 2009 Vickie (NJ) 10 out of 10 found this review helpful
Our new Subaru Tribeca amazingly had no DC outlets anywhere on the dashboard, instead hiding them in the console. We needed access to the jacks for the handsfree cellphone speaker and occasionally the GPS. This device fits in one of the cupholders next to the console and the power wire with the plug slips inside the console. We've been using it every day for 3 months now with no problems.
Great device January 12, 2009 Sais (Pittsburgh, PA) 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
I really like this device. I have Sirius and a GPS so it gives me 2 sockets. The USB power sockets are good for powering or charging my cell phone.
Easy to use - stays where you put it in a cupholder - highly recommended.

Wagan Twin USB/DC Cup Holder Adapter
Reasonably priced product; appears well constructer (see other adapter review). Fits in spare cupholder (Dodge Ram P/U) below the dash and avoids much of the cord tangles and also projecting plugs which most DC adapters have. The USB receptacles are particularly good for an USB LED light which is far suuperior for map reading, etc. since it does not blind driver or cause loss of "night" vision while driving which cab interior lights will.
convenience to the max May 29, 2009 Drew Power (Chandler, Gilbert, Apache Junction, AZ) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I was going on a long trip and did not have time to stop to recharge my equipment (phone, mp3 player, tomtom and dvd player). I purchased this item for the simple fact that it had mutli-ports and also the usb charging ports. The unit ran all four of my pieces of equipment w/o ever heating up or dying.
No problems at this moment July 6, 2009 I. An (Mke, WI USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I've seen some reviews that the device stops working after some period of time. At this very moment I don't have any problems with that at all. Works perfectly fine.
